Job Description

  • Design and create daily, weekly, monthly, yearly Digital dashboards to help monitor performance for all key indicators.
  • Analyzing and documenting the impact of online marketing tactics, site changes, events and other key drivers of website performance.
  • Staying apprised of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to drive ongoing improvements to available analytics.
  • Design research initiatives and analysis that answer specific questions about marketing programs, customer behavior or other business initiatives.
  • Conduct customer basket analysis to understand frequently purchased items.
  • Use various analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance, customer trends and visitor behavior.
  • Define business requirements, implement and test all data requirements to support accurate Omniture implementation.
  • Ensure process adherence and data standards are maintained for ongoing and accurate tracking.
  • Support and implement all tagging requirements for both web analytics and marketing programs using Tag Management System (Tealium)

Job Requirements

  • BS in Statistics, economics, math or marketing research.
  • 2-4 years experience in a marketing analytics environment.
  • Experience with Adobe SiteCatalyst (Omniture)
  • Familiarity with tagging tools such as Tealium
  • Highly proficient with MS Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
  • High degree of proficiency with developing custom reports.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Planning, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
