Job Summary: The Front End Coordinator is a part time associate working up to 25 hours per week who has supervisory responsibilities at the Front-End. The Front End Coordinator (FEC) supervises cashiers, all POS process and the balloon counter. The FEC ensures the maintenance of the queue and engages customers waiting in line to create a great final impression of their store experience. The FEC is an emerging role and is the first step for career development and progression to the store's leadership team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Delivers and role models service expectations through personal interaction with customers
- Drive add on selling to customers at point of sale
Oversee Store's email capture & charitable donations
- Responsible for all Associate/cashier compliance to POS functions and cash handling procedures at the Front End
- Conducts register overrides including post voids, returns & associate discounts
Queue merchandising and maintenance
Balloon counter & wall
- Responsible for the merchandising and maintenance of the Front End including the queue along with the Balloon counter/wall
Assists in merchandising procedures including stocking, filing merchandise, and recovery
- Assist in receiving and stocking procedures
Uploads merchandise from trucks
Checks in shipments

Minimum qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Cleared background check & drug test (if state law permits)
- 12 months of experience in retail or a service role preferred
