Store Team Leader

  • Deliver an exceptional Customer experience by ensuring we have the right Team Members in place through the selection, training, and development of your team.
  • Cultivate an “It can be done” attitude with your team when it comes to overcoming obstacles and inspiring joy for our Customers.
  • Responsible for providing the ultimate balloon experience for our Customers.
  • Responsible for executing best in class sales and service strategies along with delivering on sales, profit, and service targets, as well as delivering on all key talent strategies.

Team Leads

  • Reinforce exceptional customer service behaviors delivered by the store team through accountability, reinforcement, recognition, and praise.
  • Provide value to our guest by delivering a customer friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience.
  • Team Leads will master all OMNI channel service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside pickup.
  • You will assist the Store Team Leader with team onboarding and learning.

Team Members

  • Provide exceptional customer service behaviors delivered to our customers and are accountable to putting the customer first in everything they do.
  • Provide value to our guest by delivering a customer friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience.
  • Leverage technology to enhance the customer service experience for our internal and external customers.
  • Continuously role model behaviors connected to Friendly, Easy and Accurate and support other team members on delivering on our Service Model.
