Job Overview
The Information Architect is accountable for planning and envisioning information architecture by studying the needs of the target audience and aligning with the site goals, corporate strategy, opportunities and constraints. As a critical member of the eCommerce team, this person partners with UX designers, content strategists, researchers and developers to bring to life human-centered design. This person is an expert in simplifying and orchestrating the seamless movement of users through complex hierarchies of information and content. The Information Architect will design, build, and layout the web, desktop, mobile sitemaps and user-interfaces; ensuring a clear and easy user journey. This person is data driven and creative, able to develop, communicate and implement technology architecture with the end user at the center.
